MOTORCYCLE RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Motorcycle Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between the following parties:

The Lessee: Lessee Name: [Lessee Name] Address: [Lessee Address] Phone Number: [Phone Number] Passport (or ID) Number: [Passport/ID Number]

Rental Period: The rental will commence on [Rental Start Date] at [Rental Start Time] and will conclude on [Rental End Date] at [Rental End Time].

Rental Terms:

  1. The lessee must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid, internationally recognized motorcycle driver's license.
  2. The lessee is responsible for any traffic violations or damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
  3. The lessee must return the vehicle in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental, except for normal wear and tear.
  4. The lessee is responsible for routine maintenance of the vehicle, including checking oil levels and tire pressure.
  5. The lessee is not allowed to sublease the vehicle or lend it to any third party.
  6. The lessee is responsible for payment of all fuel charges during the rental period.
  7. The lessor bears no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or theft occurring during the rental period.

Payment:

Termination:
